Get Ready for the Summit County Parade of Homes next weekend!
If you’re going to be in Summit County for the weekend of September 22-23rd or September 29-30th, you absolutely need to visit the Summit County, Colorado Parade of Homes!
The Parade of Homes visits 20 homes this year including houses in Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Frisco, Breckenridge, and Copper. The event is presented by the Summit County Builders Association, and showcases a huge collaboration of vendors and businesses that are involved in building, remodeling, design, and real estate here in the Colorado high country.
All proceeds benefit the Summit Foundation, and you can buy tickets in advance online at the Summit County Builders Association website.
The homes are available for viewing from 10am to 5pm. You’ll see beautiful and unique homes in a scenic mountain setting, with values ranging from $700,000 to $4 million dollars.
Even if that price range doesn’t match up with your budget, the Parade of Homes is a perfect opportunity to get ideas for decorating and remodeling. You’ll get remodeling ideas and see beautifully built and professionally decorated homes, custom interior design, custom cabinetry and flooring, and amazing examples of color, style, and setup. Even better: you’ll be able to see who, exactly, did the work you love best.
If for some reason you can’t attend this year’s Parade of Homes in person, you ocan still visit the Summit County Builders Association website and download the Parade of Homes Program. The program is very detailed and has great pictures, it’s a large file so be warned that it’s a huge file and it may take a while to download.
The leaves are turning, the weather is gorgeous, and you’ll soon have a perfect chance to see some of the most beautiful homes Summit County has to offer. If you have the opportunity to check out the Parade of Homes, please do so and I just might see you there!
