If you’re thinking of buying investment property, you can’t go wrong choosing a Peak 7 residence. Renters appreciate the Rocky Mountain “atmosphere” and the proximity to Peaks 7, 8 and 9 for a day of skiing or riding. After a day on the slopes, they can drive back to your property, change out of their ski togs and spend time dining or shopping in downtown Breck.
Leafed-out trees and glorious displays of wildflowers highlight spring and summer in the Peak 7 neighborhood. You can walk along the quiet streets or explore one of the many marked trails adjacent to the roads. As dusk falls, you’ll hear the rustling of leaves and branches as foxes, birds, moose and other wildlife emerge from their daytime hiding places. Nighttime provides an opportunity to view the stars and planets as you never seen them in the city or suburbs.
When you need a little people action, downtown Breck is less than 10 minutes from Peak 7. There are restaurants, bars, bistros and casual eateries galore as well as a wide variety of boutique shops and galleries. The Backstage Theatre has been presenting live shows since 1974 and the Speakeasy Movie Theatre shows avant-garde and art films. During the summer, the National Repertory Orchestra and Breckenridge Music Festival fill the air with music at the Riverwalk Center in the heart of town.
